How does matching work?

After you reserve, you fill out a short profile covering work rhythm, budget, sleep schedule, and social preferences. We manually match small groups (3–5 people) who overlap on the things that actually matter for living together.

When do I move in?

First cohort targets are Summer 2026. Once matched, your group picks exact dates together. We handle the housing logistics.
